This Christmas was very untraditional this year. Due to the White Christmas, Evan Jordan was snowed in and couldnt join us. We normally meet at my (Ruth) house and this year we met at Emily Janae Klingsheims Place.
Mary Klingsheim, Audrey, Letitia and I went to dinner at Dennys. Mary and I had turkey.
We met at Emily and Anthonys place to exchange gifts. This was Sadies 1st Christmas and she got the most gifts. Not even a month old yet. We had pie and played several rounds of Apples to Apples and had a great untraditional Christmas.

Leonard moved to Minneapolis and here he met Evelyn Lidstrom. They were married July 26, 1940 in the Crosby-Ironton Tabernacle, Crosby, Minnesota, where Evelyn's family attended church regularly.
They lived in Minneapolis for a few years, where their children Daniel, Eunice, Judith, and Jean were born. By 1948 they had moved to Spring Valley, Minnesota, where their youngest child, Virginia was born. They were living here when sadly their daughter Eunice passed away in 1952.
Leonard moved his family to King Co., Washington, occupying himself as a carpenter.
After Evelyn's passing in 1956 he met and was married to Adela Nekoroski on August 24, 1957, at Buena Park, California. He and Adela had three daughters: Ruth, Mary and Sharon.

Minneord etter Evelyn: Mrs Evelyn Elizabeth Augusta (Lidstrom) Klingsheim was born at Aitkin, Minnesota, February 2, 1914. She was the eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs John Lidstrom. At an early stage she received the Lord Jesus Christ as her personal Saviour and loved and served Him until her home-going on June 17, 1956, at the age of 42 years, 4 months and 14 days. She graduated from high school at Crosby, Minnesota, and also attended one year at North Central Bible Institute in Minneapolis. Most of her life was spent in Minnesota until coming to Seattle in 1952. She was united in marriage to Leonard Klingsheim on July 26, 1940, and to this union were born Daniel, Eunice, Judith, Jean and Virginia. Her daughter Eunice preceded her in death in 1952 whose sudden passing was hard to bear. Her father and mother also preceded her in death. She has been a member of the Assemblies of God churches wherever she lived and at the time of her death was a member of Calvary Temple. She was fond of children and was very faithful in teaching them about Christ and His love. She will be greatly missed by those who knew her, especially by the family and relatives. She leaves to mourn her passing, her husband Leonard A. Klingsheim, one son Daniel and three daughters, Judith, Jean and Virginia, all at home; four brothers and one sister, namely: Gerald Lidstrom, Robbinsdale, Minnesota; Kermit and Sheldon Lidstrom and Mrs. Leslie Andrews, all of Bellevue, Washington, and Warren Lidstrom of Seattle, and a host of relatives and friends. May God keep us all until the day when we shall meet again to part no more.

Audrey was born on May 18, 1921 in Crow Wing County, MN. She died in Bellevue on April 25, 2000. Audrey was preceded in death by her husband Les, three brothers (Gerald, Kermit and Sheldon) and a sister (Evelyn). She will be sorely missed by her brother Warren Lidstrom, son Kevin (Debra), grandchildren Josh and Emily and many nieces and nephews.
Audrey was a long time Frederick & Nelson - Bellevue Square employee. After a head injury forced her retirement she became an avid walker and shopper. Her favorite destination was Bellevue Square. She was a long time member of Calvary Temple, Seattle. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday May 6, 2 PM at Calvary Temple, 6810 8 Ave. N.E., Seattle. Her family would like to thank everyone at Overlake Medical Center for their care and compassion for Audrey over the years. More thanks and love to the Piscucs at Luv n Care Adult Family Home, Mary Elmore and Jody Gross.
