Funeral services were hled Thursday, September 6, at 10:30 a.m. at United Methodist Church in Ocheyedan for Alma J. Wilson, age 73, who died September 3 at the Sibley Care Center. Rev. Stanley Mueller officiated. Burial was in Ocheyedan Township Cemetery with Walton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Alma Ohme was born July 6, 1906 at Gaza, Iowa, the daughter of Henry and Margaret Bustad Ohme. She graduated from bigelow, Minn., high school in 1925 and was mamrried to Oscar Wilson at Worthington, Minnesota on March 19, 1932. They farmed in the Ocheyedan area until they reteired to Ocheyedan in 1970.
She is survived by one son, Roger; three grandchildreen; one great-grandchild; and one brother Ivan Ohme of Ocheyedan.
She was preceded in death by her husband in january 1979; her parents, one brother and two sisters.
