Anthony 'Tony' F. Jacobson, age 55, of Plano, IL passed away after a valiant fight with cancer on March 20, 2015 at Rush Copley Medical Center in Aurora, IL. He was born on September 20, 1959 in Aurora, IL. Tony went to school and grew up in Plano, IL. He was employed by Coffman Truck Sales in Aurora, IL. Tony enjoyed being outdoors, especially fishing with his buddies and his family. He was a Harley Davidson enthusiast and an avid Chicago White Sox Fan. He was preceded in death by his father, James 'Jake' A. Jacobson Sr.; and his daughter, Lindsey Dawn Jacobson. Interment in the Millington-Newark Cemetery in Millington, IL.

ANTHONY JACOBSON OBITUARY
Anthony "Tony" F. Jacobson, age 55, of Plano, IL passed away after a valiant fight with cancer on Friday, March 20, 2015 at Rush Copley Medical Center in Aurora, IL. He was born on September 20, 1959 in Aurora, IL the son of James A. and Jane (Cummings) Jacobson. Tony went to school and grew up in Plano, IL. He was employed by Coffman Truck Sales in Aurora, IL. Tony enjoyed being outdoors, especially fishing with his buddies and his family. He was a Harley Davidson enthusiast and an avid Chicago White Sox Fan. One of his special loves was raising his nephew Brice. Tony is survived by his mother, Jane Jacobson of Plano, IL; his sister, Rebecca Dawn (Roy) Steeves of Yorkville, IL; his brother, James A. Jacobson Jr. of Plano, IL; his nephews, Anthony Brice (Andrea) Jacobson and Mike (Tina) Benson and children, Collin and Austin; his nieces, Krissy (Brent) Daggett, and children, Noelle, Mady, and Luke, Kelly (Nick) Farnsworth, and children, Tyler and Cassidy, and Nicole (Erick) Ponce DeLeon, and children, Lexi, Emily, and Bella; as well as his extended family, cousins and many special friends that meant so much to him. He was preceded in death by his father, James "Jake" A. Jacobson Sr.; and his daughter, Lindsey Dawn Jacobson. He had such a big heart and will be loved and missed by all. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, March 23, 2015 at the First Lutheran Church of Plano, 200 N. Center St., Plano, IL with Rev. Bruce Booher officiating. Interment will follow in the Millington-Newark Cemetery in Millington, IL. A luncheon reception will be held during the hours of visitation from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM on Monday, March 23, 2015 at the First Lutheran Church of Plano in Plano, IL.
